Old I-ROR plots, now visible but inconsistent to current ROR

There used to be a time when there was no I-ROR. Then in December 2020 there was a release to plot I-ROR on all new plots point forward.
Recently I noticed that I-ROR is being calculated for those older roasts, but it’s way off or it seems very diminished. Often below 7C for the entire roast. When did that start being a thing?

This seems a bit wrong. It’s not very consequential but funky.
