Currently you can only enter grams for the Green coffee weight, It would be beneficial to be able to swap input measurements to oz. I believe it could be implemented to change when you change temperature measurements to from Centigrade to Fahrenheit . or just a dropdown in the roast editing menu. Thank you.

You should be able to change this here: Roast World - Cup, grade, and analyze your coffee roasts in depth when choosing your Weight Systems. KGs and LBs are the options and so to get OZ, you can switch to using lbs.
