Power automatically went to 0 mid-roast

Hello All!
Question for you - was roasting today, the Aillio beeped once, the screen flashed once (no yellow numbers anywhere) then the power automatically went to P0 mid-roast. Fan settings remained unchanged, everything else functioned normally. Has this happened to anyone else? It’s done this once before, didn’t think much of it as I bumped the power back up and everything seemed fine.
Any insights are much appreciated!
Thanks!!

What did the Logs page of the Info panel have to say? They will have the error code(s) that were logged. If you didn’t look you’ll have to contact Support and ask them what was saved on the server (and what the codes mean!).

Thanks Bruce, turns out the fan on the IBTS dropped from its ~15,000rpm which automatically shuts off the roaster…just incase anyone is interested and this happens to them.

Sorry to hear that. So now you get to install a replacement fan. It’s not hard. There’s info on the Aillio site; and search this forum. Remember to take photos as you advance so you can recall how everything goes back together (connector orientation, wire colors, etc.). Several of us have had to replace the fan.

Be cautious when tightening the screws that hold the fan in place on the rubber base- you can cause a fan blade to contact that rubber base which will stop the fan from rotating.
