I wish that, before even beginning a roast, or during pre-heat, we could first enter roast name, bean, and weight. As it is, now, I have to try remembering the weight and fumble to fill in the rest of the information while at the same time stirring and considering my next roast. Getting the basics out of the way at the outset would streamline the whole process.
