Preheat power , fan , drum speed?

Hello,

I have seen this power, fan, and drum speed setting in the preheating menu.
I know that the preheating process always works as default only.
Does anyone know why these control options are given in the preheating setting (in the recipe)?

Thank you.

I could be wrong, but I believe that in recipes, the parameters in the pre-heat rung of the ladder are what is passed to the roast profile.

So if you had P7, F2, and D6 in your pre heat rung, After you add your beans and the bullet tells you “Now Roasting” the roast parameters will be P7,F2, and D6.

I thought that as well. The issue was that nothing was reflected by that setting.

For example, I wanted to start my roasting high power. So I made set like power 9, fan 5, drum 2 for the preheating initiation.

What I saw was just same as normal setting power 6, fan 2, drum 9 for the roasting process.

So I wondered if this function is on developing or something.

I just checked several of my roasts and I found that IF the recipe has P9,F2,D9
That is what is set after the Bullet says “now roasting”

That’s very helpful information.

Thank you a lot.
