Question for the Group - Humidity

South East Texas, Temp 68 Humidity 24%. Very low humidity today for Texas. I roasted several batches. Charge temps were about 10 to 15 F lower than normal and my ROR was consistently lower with every roast. A roast that normally takes 11:30 extended to 13:30 consistently. Could the low humidity be causing this? The only other change is i lowered my ventilation a little closer to the roaster, there is still an open gap and I don’t have a fan its natural flow. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank You,

Lower, if anything, should result in a faster roast, but you’re having longer. In these cases I always start with cleaning the IBTS. I also clean my bean probe, but that one I do less frequently.

Will do thank you
