I did my deep clean today, and did everything as should. But after I got all back together it said: “IBTS fan stalled”. I did nothing to my ibts sensor since it was clean and yet I got this message. I had not changed anything. Before the cleaning it worked seamlessly. This is why I think that it has nothing to do with software, so please don’t reccomend an update. Previously it worked alright, so it should work.
You can recheck the IBTS fan connector, as it might be loose or not fully connected after the cleaning.
If the connector is not properly seated, the roaster may detect the fan as stalled, even though the sensor itself was not changed.

Checked, it is connected properly. I have already asked for a ticket from support, but haven’t got reply from them for 5 days…
I just went through this. They had me clean the contacts on the board. Check the pogo pins on the controller for security and spring tension. Also gave them a light wipe with alcohol. It ended up being a bad fan.
