Random Power Loss EOR

Roasting up a 775g batch today and lost power right before FC around 190*. Nothing else lost power in the roasting space that’s on the same circuit. Here are the logs if any assistance can be provided so I can avoid this issue in the future.,

Well I think I found the culprit although I’m still not sure why there was a surge that fried my voltage meter. I’ve used the voltage meter for at least 50 roasts with no issue until today.
