When building a recipe, the list of processes doesn’t include wet hulled. It doesn’t actually have any effect on the roast, but it would be nice to have that choice there for future reference since wet hulled beans are sufficiently different than any others on the list. As you might suspect, I’m currently roasting some wet hulled beans which is why I noticed this. Just a feature request for a future revision.
