I ran my first recipe that I edited from the template. The last step is an “End of Roast Alert” When the roast hit the temp for the step I didn’t see alert. I wasn’t looking for it so I may have missed it as I was expecting the roaster to go to the shutdown phase. Is this how most roasters run their recipes? Not shutting down allows you to run the roast longer if you think it needs it. There also doesn’t seem to be a shutdown action so this may be the only choice.
Another recipe question: when running recipe, can you switch to the roast tab in the app to view the progress? I didn’t want to try it in case the recipe stopped running. I’m guessing you can, but wanted to check here just in case.
