So my fingers moved faster than the software and I accidentally deleted a roast from my roast history. Does anyone know if there is a way to recover an accidentally deleted profile, like restoring an email from the “trash folder.” Or once its gone its gone?

Easy solution to this one. Emailed Aillio support and they were able to quickly recover and add it back to my roasts. Crisis adverted. And a big thanks to the customer service from this company.
