Roast not long enough too save

I have made a roast in just under 5 minutes and then the program says “roast not long enough too save”
is there a way to change it so that you can save short roasts?

There are currently no way to change this. How does roasting under 5min taste?

Dense beans, small potions, then it can be done. But can be a bit green in taste
