Im sure this has been thought of, but it seems to me the real advantage of the Bullet and Roastime is after just a few roasts you could design a program to optimize the desired ROR curve using the data (iBTS, BTS, time, Power, Fan, Drum). you could run thousands of roast simulations and pick a few of the best looking recipes and actually roast those, then pick the best tasting roast and call that optimum for that bean. Anyone talking about this?
