Hi, I have updated to RT 3.4.1 on MAC Mojave 10.14.6 . It was working but one day when I had to disconnect Bullet since it started pulling an error of high temperatures ( was weird) then when connected back the RT was not running, now window opens up… I re installed MAC system…updated to Mojave 10.14.6 and cleaned cash - still nothing. Can you open the Terminal and run this ioreg -p IOUSB -l -w 0 with the bullet plugged in and see if the roaster shows up?
