Roast Time 3 minimum computer requirements

Hi, I’d like to buy a windows tablet to run Roast Time 3 for the Bullet but can’t find the minimum computer requirements anywhere.

Does the Microsoft Surface Go 3 with Intel Pentium Gold and 4GB ram work?

I dedicated an old Surface Pro (2nd gen) with Win10 to RT3 and it works fine. FWIW, this machine MSFT has determined is not adequate to run Win11.
