I’ve just updated to Roast Time 4 and I have no graph. I have re-started, re-installed with no success. Any ideas?

I’ve looked into this and might have found the cause. Either way, can you please provide a screenshot of the screen that shows when you’re viewing a roast profile? This should help with re-creating this error and confirming that our fix works.
Could you share a Roast World link to the profiles that you can’t view in RoasTime?

I did two roasts today with the same problem showing up several times.
- Roast World - Cup, grade, and analyze your coffee roasts in depth

Also… I think there might be something wrong with my preheat 
I did another two roasts later the same day without any problems…
Hey just got the same trouble…after selected preheating temp the bullet start heating but roast time doesn’t show graph. Temperature in roast time doesn’t run but on bullet is moving.
I did restart laptop and roaster then restart process……but still frozen.
