Firmware 605 is current and I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
Sounds like you should reach out to tech support.
I notice that unless you keep things in sync with then online, things can get messed up when you upgrade or do a new install.
Probably a different issue.
Can you explain in more details please? Do you get any errors?
