Roaster Connection Issue

Hi there, I was working on a roast when I encountered an issue with my roaster not connecting. I followed some steps to trouble shoot and updated to Roast Time 4 (on Mac). Now my roaster status says “Issue” every time it’s connected. I’m unable to update firm ware (status never changes even after several minutes). I’ve started the program several times with no luck. Please help, I’ve got orders to fill :grimacing:

Sorry to hear about the roaster trouble, that sucks. Have you emailed Aillio support? That’s probably the better avenue for urgent problems.
