Roastime - not connecting

Hello Everybody,

New bullet owner here. It arrived just over a week ago and have finished my seasoning roasts and commenced to just under 10 roasts so far.

When I connect the USB cable to the laptop with the cable provided I do not get any response and the bullet remains offline in Roastime. Is this something to do with a driver not being installed?

I am not a techy guy and usually roast manually with notes, though am willing to give the software a shot if it will save my roasts and eventually make my life easier.
