Hello all!

Has anyone roasted any Jamaica blue mountain on the bullet and if so could you be so kind to share a roast profile? anything would help as I am finding the beans to have a bit of a sourness to it (trying to do a light to med roast to capture the flavors) Ive been doing the roasts manually and not through the computer

This is one of mine…hope it helps. You will have to drop your beans a little earlier than what I did, as mine is into city firmly, maybe even city+
