Roasting since May of 22 and finding the smaller batches of 300 gm + have been easier to replicate, especially , Tanzania Peaberry, Sumatra, India Mysore nuggets , Costa Rican la magnolia Red Sea Blend -Ethiopia and Yemen -don’t know what the % amount seller blends, but all have produced delicious coffees, my only exception is I haven’t produced a consistent Colombian or have chosen the wrong variety for my taste and haven’t had consistency with Ethiopians nor the more fruit forward I expect from natural processed Ethiopian beans.
