Is there a shortcut that controls P, D, and F?

No keyboard shortcuts for P/D/F controls but there are the +/- buttons on the Bullet control panel and the +/- buttons beside the sliders in RT3 (lower left).

CTRL + Left / Right arrow key to change value. To select what you want to change use CTRL + Up/Down arrow keys
