It connects and disconnects repeatedly, then connects. The orange light on the left comes on and the connection does not work. I really want to fix this error. Does anyone know how?
This sounds more like a cable issue. Have you tried a few different cables?
Yes, I tried using a different cable, but the same symptom occursā¦

I am using a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
I use mac book air m1
Also, when you change the power and fan settings while using Lost Time, completely different values āāare displayed and there is severe delay.
Other Korean users are also experiencing the same symptoms
When the roaster cools down, it goes into off mode.
In cases where connection errors become more severe, abnormalities become worse at IBTS temperatures above 200 degrees Celsius.
Hello, I have the same issue over here.

This might be some late advice, and perhaps it should be posted elsewhere.
My R2 Pro was delivered with a damaged Control Unit housing. The USB connector and speaker were not working. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the USB connector was not connected to the board. I noticed the way the connector was mounted to the board, and considering the productās weight makes it mobile and the fact that itās not a handheld device, I believe the connection is weak to the board for this type of product.
This could be another reason for the glitches some users are experiencing. While there are other potential reasons, such as software issues, cable problems, or computer malfunctions, this could be a contributing factor. The USB connector is mounted to the board with 4 small pegs, the data connections is on both sides of the connector, so as the usb connector is used, the plugging and unplugging would weaken the data connection and explain some glitches.
My recommendation is to plug the USB cable into the unit and leave it in. However, be cautious of the loose cable and consider taping it to the unit while moving and cleaning, or be gentle when plugging and unplugging the USB cable.
I am not sure I understand your issue, do you mind elaborating a bit? Maybe send a screen shot?
Do you press the button on the R1 or in the RT app?
What do you expect it to do?
What does it actually do?
We need a bit more information to be able to help.
Hi Dave.
This is the R1, very different to the R2.
FYI, the R2 USB connector has a maximum mating cycle of 20000 (unless damaged from some impact like yours was).
Thank you Jacob for the information
This is a profile screen with an error. There is no record of the firepower set and it is all mixed up.
Iām using Google Translate, so the meaning may be slightly distorted.
If the orange light comes on and the sign says āconnectedā, this problem can be solved only by removing the code from R1 and rebooting. Even when the green light comes on and the sign says āconnectedā, ādisconnectedā often occurs.
From what I understand what that friend said, I am also experiencing the same symptoms.
If the āorangeā light is displayed and the āconnectedā sign is displayed, if you turn on preheating within the app, the word āchargeā will appear in āR1ā, but the screen in the app will not change depending on the preheating temperature setting, and no profile record will be left even if you start roasting. does not
