Ror playing

Hello, previously, if the ROR (roller) was acting like this, I would clean the roaster and the problem would be solved. However, once I cleaned and reassembled it, and a lot of smoke came out of the exhaust. I stopped the roaster and cleaned it, but after drying and halfway through the milled roast, the ROR started acting up a lot. But after using it for the last roast, the ROR was acting up from the beginning.

Open a ticket with support. That is usually a sign of a failing bean probe that probably needs replacing. I see it’s just on some roasts now but, given time, it will worsen. There’s a link in the footer “Contact us”, which will lead you to the site where you need to click on the link “Contact” in the header. I’ll also leave a direct link to the page. Once you’re there, click on “Technical Support” and fill out the form. Wish you the best of luck.
