Running RW Community download profiles

I have downloaded a profile from Roastworld community. I cannot figure out how to run it, where to find its downloaded location on my computer. Any suggestions?

You’ll find it in downloaded roasts on the Roast.World site, it doesn’t download to your local computer AFAIK.
