him i want to share my roat profiles to people in some groups or friends, but i do not want them to access to my whole roasts and my old roasts for the sake of privacy,
i nees them to see/download the profile i share with them only. BUT HOW
I think your only option is to mark all other profiles as private first.

As Jacob mentioned, you need to mark your other roasts as private. Additionally, when a roast is shared with others we filter out comments, software, firmware, rating, annotations, and a few other details.
