Why is Aillio user access journey so bad - stuck on a password screen with the correct password. [Edit original topic title]
this is the 5th time ive had password issues with aillio site - either the roaster software stops working so cannot log in, or you cannot login to community site to post/portal to see roasts.
Are you trying to log into your @Jamie1 account on Roast World or the Roast World Community? I’m not sure why you’re seeing this error as it’s only supposed to be shown if the login attempt to the Roast World Community site (built with Discourse) from Roast World needs you to re-authenticate.
However, if you’re able to create this thread it means that your login was successful. As a quick workaround, you can visit https://community.roast.world directly.
Also, I’d like to let you know that I updated the roast title to be helpful to other users who might search for a similar issue on the forum.
I think the issue was that after entering your password you weren’t being redirected to the Roast World website. I made sure that you are redirected back to https://community.roast.world after you’ve entered your password correctly.
Let me know if this fixes your issue. You will need to refresh your Roast World page to get the latest version.
