I recently tried creating a blend to output approximately 3kg or 105 oz of coffee (about 10 bags for us.) It requires roasting three beans in 930g batches and one in a 700g batch. These are well within the range of the Aillio Bullet 1kg roaster. Unfortunately, Roast World does not permit this total weight of 3.4kg for the entire blend.
I’m not sure why that would be the case if the roaster is capable of outputting each batch size within its capacity.
Please consider making the maximum blend weight higher to at least match the capacity of the roaster for each bean.
