I have 2lbs of this bean and wanted to see if anyone out there has roasted this and how you approach roasting this? How did it cup? Looking for ideas as I only have limited quantity of this. I usually start at 401F (205C) for preheating if roasting 500g. I’m guessing that because this is an aged bean that it is already on the “dry” side (i.e. less moisture content in the bean) which seems to want a lower PH?
