TAGS Field Not Working - 'Creating a Bean'

When ‘Creating a Bean’ I cannot save any TAGS, and the Drop down says ‘No Options’.
If I type a TAG name and press enter or TAB to move to the next field the typed TAG disappears.
I’m using Chrome OS, if that makes a difference.
Is anyone successfully using TAGS?

Same. I don’t think that field is editable.

I have successfully added some TAGS by not using the mouse to navigate to the TAGS field, instead TAB through each field when ‘Creating a Bean’. It does not always work, but I think you’ll find some success.
