Temp IGBT1 OT Error on preheat

I’ve run into this error twice now so coming to forums for help. I’m trying to preheat up to 245C (is that too hot?) I’m waiting for RoR to stabilize a bit before I charge, and if I leave the roaster at this temp for >5 minutes I get this error. I checked the IBTS sensor and cleaned it off, it looked clean / normal though, I’ve only roasted a few times.

Just tried this again with a preheat around 240C and as soon as I charged I hit the same error (Temp igbt1 ot) and it killed my roast and wouldn’t let me go above p0

I have plenty of airflow underneath the roaster, its ventilation is flowing right out the window.
