Hi friends! After 3 minutes the temperature starts to drop and then jumps?! Who has encountered such a problem?
I used to periodically get that – I’d have 5 or 6 roasts in a row where, at a certain point in the roast, the bean temperature probe would register huge fluctuations like this. Then it’d stop for the next 10 or 15 roasts, and show back up. Eventually just replaced the bean temperature probe.

Yes, and the blue wire. It may be the wire connector is faulty in some way.
