I had a few issues with RT3 last roast session and RT 3.1.6 was updated. When i went to the roaster today it electrically connects, but several beeps occur and the control panel is blank. Fan is working. red light flashing on PCB under drum and PCB fan on constant. It wont connect to the laptop. I have uninstalled RT and reinstalled. But with any connection to roaster - appears I cant do anything. I know previously that there was a hard reboot option (removed from most sources). Was considering this. Any thoughts or help appreciated to help get me going again.
Hey, can you try to do a firmware update even though it says offline on RT? It’s in the config section. Sounds like your roaster is stuck in bootloader.
I’m having the same problem. Did you find the fix?
5 or 6 beeps blank screen and red light flashing with the fan running.
Read though this. Sounds like you need to reload the firmware. It’s not difficult but it’s a little involved especially if you need to install the older 2.55 version of the software.
