I’m not sure if this is really a bug or not, but it’s been driving me crazy for a while. I use the title templates (which are awesome) in roastime to auto-generate my roast name using the date, bean origin, and roast counter. So I end up with something like
13-09-2025-Mexico-850g-211
And I can then just mark the bin the coffee goes in as roast #211 and refer back later for any specs i need when tasting or bagging it up.
But, when roasting the same bean back to back, I’m using the clone roast name feature doesn’t seem to work with the title templates. I end up getting a duplicate name for the roast name - so something like
13-09-2025-Mexico-850g-211 13-09-2025-Mexico-850g-212
What I was hoping for would be that it would just run the title template again, without appending it to the name.
