As I was shutting down my roaster, I pushed PRS too many times. I thought I had created a new roast profile by accident. I deleted it, but realized it was the actual roast which I had just completed. I take it that it is gone for good at this point, as there is no trash can to unempty. Would it be possible to make an entry in my list of roasts without the graphs just to keep the number of roasts, bean inventory, etc up to date?

That is not possible Iām afraid. You can try contacting support with your username, email and when it was deleted. Perhaps they can undo it.
