Yesterday I was roasting and having really bad issues with both v615 and v617. Neither version would work with RoasTime well, the graph would keep moving over to the right and profiles where all off and the machine was not working well on either version… I have a wholesale order i have to finish ASAP, so I updated hoping it was less buggy not realising v645 or something was not functional with lots of people having issues, i just saw an update and was like oh they must have fixed these buggy versions and released a big update… and now I’m bricked out of using it completely.
I’ve tried everything under the sun to fix from all manuals and forums, I’ve emailed and no reply yet but time is ticking and I need to get this fixed.
How can I get the password for the Web Updater? nIt is my last option to hopefully find v645+ and bootload it.
I’m locked out of my roaster until i can update to v645 or later on my R1 V2, I’ve tried many versiojns of RT to try reinstall v615 or 617 with no luck
I have Err9998 when I updated to v645 and roaster bricked immediately.
Please help with R1 Web Updater password ASAP
or the solution to this problem
