USB stopped being recognized by my PC. I downloaded and ran Zadig, as you described in an earlier post, but it doesn’t recognize the USB and says device descriptor request failed. What to try next? Is it a problem with the bullet software?

If you were able to connect the Bullet to your PC before, you might want to try a different USB Cable and USB Port.
