Using Preheat Temps to Control Time to Dry

Someone else might have done this already, and, if so, I hope for some feedback on their experiences. What I am considering doing is putting together a list of preheat temperatures and how long it takes to reach them, with the aim of using that information to semi-predictably increase/decrease time to dry by higher or lower PH. One of the things I am interested in learning is whether the time should be logged when first hitting the temp or else after stabilizing. The actual times will depend mostly on environmental conditions since no beans are involved. I will need to allow the Bullet to cool completely between tests in order to get reliable results. This could take a long time to complete, so it may be impractical.
