Hey everyone! I resently noticed a change in my IBTS sensor reading in my R1 V2 bullet. At the beginning of the roast (near the turn around) and sometimes toward the end my reading gets these waves in it. I cleaned the sensor hoping it would work but it did not. I also notice that it’s during my second and proceeding roast, not my first roast of a session. So is there something that is heating up and effecting the reading at the beginning?I roast with a small 305g batch size for reference. Thanks!
