I have been using the Analyzer on Roast World and see a trueDevTemp column. Can someone please explain what it is?

And here’s another that talks in terms of development time ratio. It’s from Rao’s site who you’ll see referenced here. I haven’t tried to make it a career move, I did try to find specific reference to “True Development Temperature” but failed. Sorry.
