Why I am posting

I am trying to get a general feel for this machine. I complained in previous message that I could not see the profile screens to posted roasts. For me so far that seems the more explanatory screen, so where are they. Instead I get a page that shows a succession of changes quite often every :05 second that makes little sense to me. I am trying to understand the trend of when a peek heat is applied and how that is altered over the course of a roast and with what intended. outcome. The same is true for Fan and Drum. I want to see those variable at play in a profile. I have currently abandoned having the computer running roast because I dont feel confident setting variables I am not sure about the effect to expect.

Another point , water in the exhaust ports. I have had drips of water shed out the exhaust. Is this to be expected.?

After the 1st crack within a few second the second cracks take off . Is there an adjustment to slow that down to get a darker roast…not a dark roast but one further along before it sounds like popcorn in there?

I would recommend connecting RoasTime. You don’t need to actually do anything, just add the roast name and weight and you will have a great log of what you did so that you can always return and see what you did.
If water is coming out then you might have too little airflow. Please check that the filter is clean.
How often do you empty the chaff collector and clean the filter?
