While roasting, when I opened the window the glass came off and was stacked inside. It happened at the shutting down period.
I had to unplug the Aillio briefly to removed the glass. It chipped a little. The Aillio was purchased in March this year. What shall I do?

Best regards,

Thank you, Kevin
Yes, I contacted them and got an advice for silicon glue…
I pasted a photo of the window and gave them my full address, thinking they might want to send me a new glass, however, I don’t think they are sending me any…
Thank you, again
I sent an email requesting a replacement glass
I had the same thing happen and it chipped the glass actually. I’ve just been very careful. What type of silicon glue did they suggest?
Hi @jw_tx,
Here’s the information on the glue we use (Dowsil 732):
The silicone glue applied to the door with glass can withstand up to 180°C, with short peaks up to 205°C.
The average temperature at the door with glass is 130°C, which lies within the range of application.
Additionally, the silicone glue is FDA-approved.
However, we would suggest replacing the Door if the Glass is chipped; they can be very dangerous to work with.
Best regards,
Kevin
I have got a replacement door and glass from the manufacture and I also purchased a Dowsil 732 glue for the future use
