AUSTRALIA: Home roasting side business

Hi community. I’m roasting at home just for me but wanted to sell some roasted coffee online as a side hustle, for fun and to prove a concept.

I’ve been looking at what permits I need to do this from NSW, but it’s a bit confusing. I’m not starting a “roastery”. Does anyone know what, if any, permits I need?
