The Roaster is not heating the drum. The drum rotates and it sounds like every thins is fine but the rate of rise stays at 0. and it will not preheat. Also, I checked the Log and it show this:
Error 131: 8192
Error 32769
The light on the bottom blinks 14 times
14 blinks says IGBTs are overheating which is inconsistent with the drum not heating. It would seem you need to contact the dealer where you bought the Bullet or Aillio Support and start a trouble ticket.
