Bullet not starting, no display, and cannot enter manual bootload

I was roasting with bullet R1 and after i drop my roast the display freeze on 151C and won’t respond to anything. I then restart the bullet but the only thing that running is back fan and cooling bin fan. No display on control panel and drum not spinning.

I then tried to manual bootload the machine with bridging gnd and sda. But the machine not respond with any beep or anything.
The machine also not detected on RoastTime.

Anyone have solution for this? Realy appreciate it. I saw some one with same problem in FB forum but solved with manual bootload but i mine cannot enter manual bootload mode.
It’s 2015 built bullet.

Please contact Aillio support, they will take you through all the steps to find the root cause. It is most likely a short circuit in some component or a loose cable between the induction module and the control panel.

Is that the fan behind the front plate or is it located elsewhere? Thanks

I already contact them and last solution is manual bootload but i haven’t got succeed

Fan that spinning? It’s the exhaust impeler fan on the back. I haven’t open the front plate board. Are you having the same issue too?
