My Bullet R1 is 4 years old and never had significant issues but during a sample roast (350 g) today, it lost power and stopped suddenly. No error codes before it happened and nothing we did could restart it. It just does not seem to have power anymore although it is connected and it worked for about an hour earlier today. Did anyone else experienced this and what was the solution?
