My V1 developed an issue today. When it booted, it beeped and no lights on. Restarted a few times and got it to start but I could not get the preheat over 401F as if there is no IBTS? Decided to upgrade the software. Roaster connects to Roast TIme but it will not update the software, I get a message that it failed and contact support. I tried to do a small roast to see what happens, 350g. Preheated to 401 and only had enough power to complete the roast in 10 mins - either the preheat was 401 IBT or power was down. At the end, roaster beeped constantly with 002 error… Any suggestions?
Please check that your IBTS fan is spinning as this is used to check for a V1.5 which you have. If it cannot detect the fan it assumes a V1 with lower preheating temp.
