Greetings. Maybe someone knows what needs to be redone to make the Pro cooling tray work with R1?
Do you already have the tray or are you planning to buy it and just preparing?
I haven’t seen anyone on the forum talk about using it with a R1, but here’s a topic about using it with a non-Pro R2 that may give you the information you need.

I was able to get my hands on the Pro cooling tray, which all social media for Aillio said is compatible with the regular R2. I have seen several instances on social media of them saying it is compatible (mentioned on Instagram and YouTube).When I plug it in, there is no signs of life.
The manual also seems to indicate it’s just plug and play.

Is there a firmware update required to use this? Is my tray DOA? or is the R2 not actually compatible? …
I wanted to buy. But now I think they won’t work. I was told that they tried to connect and at first it worked and then it started to give an error
