Distortion sound from Bullet

Hi, I’m having a audio problem. When I turn on the bullet it starts to say “The bullet is now ready” but it only says the bullet and the rest is distorted. Anyone else have the same problem?
My bullet is a V2 and my roastime is v3.4.0 and my firmware is the stable 591.

Hey,

You will need to contact support to get this issue resolved. We had an issue in a previous version of RT that caused overwriting of sound files when upgrading firmware in certain cases.
