I am not, just the ac infinity standard filter box, of course to try to limit the cleaning of the exhaust fan blades, the box came with a high effenciency one that i am changing today to a stardard merv 11 to see how that does, 20 different roasts and i think it may have reached its limit, i will go outside to day to feel the air from the vent to double check flow.
How are you attaching the merv13 filters behind the grease traps?
This setup is very similar to mine! Almost identical and I am also get smoke inside. Did you ever find a solution?
New here to the community. Just ordered my roaster yesterday. In the process of figuring out a ventilation setup. I noticed you mentioned you were getting smoke. Curious if you have the AC Infinity box filiter as the other member does a few posts above.
